The best Stroke and Stride event series is back and we are looking forward to a fantastic 2013!! The race will consist of a 500 meter swim + 5K run and we are also introducing a new distance of 1555m swim + 5K run kicking off this April 2nd, 2013.

The 500 meter swim is the perfect distance for athletes looking to get comfortable swimming open water. The well-marked course will be great practice for everyone - especially athletes getting started in the multisport lifestyle.

The new distance of 1555m swim is designed for the more experienced multisport athletes and help you get ready for your half and full distance triathlons.

The 5K run is a flat and fast trail course around the beautiful Lake Pflugerville trail. We will provide all the water stops necessary for you to stay hydrated while racing our event.

Short course: $20 per event

Long course: $25 per event

ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY!    WE WILL NOT HAVE ON-SITE REGISTRATION AVAILABLE.

Awards

Individual 1st through 3rd place awards will be awarded in each categories. Categories for the 2013 Stroke and Stride event series are as follow:

• Youth 10 to 14
• Youth 15 to 18
• Female 19 to 39
• Male 19 to 39
• Masters' Female 40+
• Masters' Men 40+

Refund Policy

No refunds will be allowed.

Photography

We will have photographers at some of our events and you will be able to download your pictures from our website at no cost to you. Yes you read this correctly…..you will download the pictures for free

What should I bring:

Swim goggles, running shoes, towel or transition mat, and positive attitude!!
